We're looking for a junior influencer manager (or JIM for short) to join team and manage our TikTok collaborations. This is a paid remote role for a junior marketer who wants to gain experience in influencer marketing and progress in their career. You’ll have plenty of time for life after (or before) work and you’ll be in control of your hours(and results).
✔️ Search and reach out to suitable influencers who Cino should collaborate with on our target markets.
✔️ Use TikTok, Modash, and any other useful tool to find these influencers.'
✔️ Onboard influencers with a brief and reach an agreement with them.
✔️Hand over upcoming collaborations with a brief to co-founder who irons out the details and artistic vision.
✔️ Keep collaboration calendar updated as well as your own results.
You’ll be working with a award-winning local startup that’s already growing swiftly. Ideally, we are looking for someone that likes the idea of working in a startup and hopefully wants to move toward a full-time position in Cino’s marketing team. Realistic paths are managing your own team of influencer marketers or manage Cino’s social media channels in next 6 to 12 months.
✔️ Able to work in fully English environment.
✔️ Able to commit at least 10-15h per week. If you can commit even more then that’s a definite plus.
✔️ Able to manage your own time for delivering the results.
✔️ You have a TikTok account and are in the loop about what’s trending and understand GenZ as a target audience.
✔️ You should have your own a phone and/or computer for doing the job as they are not provided for this role.
✔️ To be available 24/7 and work on weekends – you decide your own hours.
✔️ To have previous experience in the role or marketing in general – simple interest for the craft and can-do attitude is enough.
✔️ Do things that aren’t in your job description for free – your KPIs are your priority.
